Hear from the library shelves as
Students seek knowledge, pleasure
Time's treasures await claiming by
Serious reading students to seek, find
Books of today,
Yesterday that invite
Them to fulfill their desires.

Religious beliefs, art's accomplishments
History's telling, biography greats
Science's discoveries, music's variety
Literature's enjoyment, all await choosing as
If time were timeless eternity to
Be fitted in a moment of decision.

Libraries house humanity's account of itself
Generation after generation leaves its
Best for posterity, we have but to
Seek, learn, enjoy treasures that are ours
Awaiting our discovery.
