FIRST SIGN OF "PINK"

I DISCOVERED MY FIRST "PINK" BUSINESS.

The Broadway Diner on Monmouth Street have painted their curb a great neon pink. I love it!

Send me a message and let me know if other businesses/homes have "pinked" out in any way. Let's recognize those who have made an effort!

Let's go Pink Bank

RED BANK CHOCOLATE SHOPPE

If you visited the library last week you may have sampled some of the best chocolate this side of Bruges.....and it came from down the block. A wide variety of different chocolates were donated to the library by the Red Bank Chocolate Shoppe. By all accounts, and smiles, the chocolate was very well received.

But, imagine, that some folks were not aware that there is a chocolate shop around the corner (or through the bank parking lot and diagonally across from the Clearview Cinemas) so run, don't walk, to get your own chocolates. And let them know you heard about them at the library. That should boost our reference statistics!

THE RESULTS ARE IN!

The Raffle was a great success!

Last week was National Library Week and to celebrate we held a raffle - the prizes were books! (who doesn't love books, I ask you?) Still we were really pleasantly surprised by the sweet responses from our winners.

The staff went to a lot of work to select a few "prize" books from our book sale room and then to try to match the books with the randomly selected winners. Well, by all accounts, each book was a perfect match!

Thank you to all involved!
